I have student loans that are in default due to financial issues,having a difficult time surviving as it is, lost my employment (retaliation , age discrimination)EEOC involved, but , I feel I have been put into the early retirement (social security) because of the job situations. Now , I have received letters of garnishment (offset) student loans from my check, if this starts I wiil be not be able to pay living expenses and buy groceries. How can I take charge of this ??
